Unlike other online programs, we offer a live zoom group coaching call every week to support you and keep you accountable throughout your journey. These live coaching calls are where we see the biggest breakthroughs in our participants.

We also run a live meditation or hypnotherapy session on zoom every Sunday evening, to tap into both the conscious and subconscious mind, heal past traumas and set your new week up for success.
