Daily lessons (delivered to your email inbox) are designed to be small and manageable, varying between approximately 2 and 10 minutes.

Each week you’ll be set personal growth activities, which provide a focus for coaching sessions.
Coaching sessions take place at a time suitable to you and your nominated coach. To be agreed at the time of booking.
