What you need to know

 Daily lessons (delivered to your email inbox) are designed to be small and manageable, varying between approximately 2 and 10 minutes.

Weekly 30 minute 1:1 or group coaching sessions with the coach of your choice.

 Each week you’ll be set personal growth activities, which provide a focus for coaching sessions.  

Coaching sessions take place at a time suitable to you and your nominated coach. To be agreed at the time of booking.

Weekly guided meditations, to bring present moment awareness and set you up for success. You won't want to miss these!

You’ll receive curated resources to keep, and lifetime access to program materials. 



THRIVE 1:1 Coaching

navigate the speed bumps standing in the way of success in these areas

give you ongoing support and accountability as you navigate the

If following on from THRIVE or BREATHE programs, this is an opportunity to deepen your
awareness of self and your individual balance in all areas of Integrative Nutrition, and
work towards your goals with a personal coach on a fortnightly basis.

This package provides you with longer-term, ongoing support and
accountability to achieve your goals and gain the tools and strategies to feel confident
in self-management moving forward

Price: $999 paid upfront

Extended payment option:
10 x weekly payments of $125 (Total cost $1,250)
